Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (m/w/d) to support and drive international marketing implementations across Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany.

This role sits within IT but works very closely with marketing teams and business stakeholders. The position is focused on functional consulting, configuration, and customer engagement solutions rather than pure software development.

You will play a key role in supporting marketing journeys, campaign activities, customer data initiatives, and Dynamics 365 solutions within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 marketing and customer engagement solutions
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support campaign execution and customer journeys
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 functionalities based on business needs
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams across multiple projects
  • Support Customer Insights and Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives
  • Guide and train business users and marketers on system usage and best practices
  • Work across international teams in Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, and Germany
  • Ensure strong stakeholder management and high-quality service delivery

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365?, * 6-7+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Strong functional consulting and configuration experience
  • Experience working with:
  • Dynamics 365
  • Customer Insights
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Marketing and customer engagement solutions
  • Understanding of development environments and technical project delivery

  • Experience supporting marketing projects and customer journeys

  • Ability to work independently on smaller projects while collaborating within larger international programmes

  • Experience working in international and cross-functional teams

  • Preferred Background

  • Experience bridging IT and business/marketing teams

  • Practical and service-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience training and guiding business users

  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple projects simultaneously

  • Language Requirements:

  • English (mandatory)

  • Additional European languages are highly preferred, especially:

  • German
  • Dutch
  • Swedish
  • Finnish
