DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Jenkins to design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, build and release management, and cloud-native DevOps practices, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Automate build, testing, and deployment workflows
• Configure and manage Jenkins jobs and pipelines (Declarative and Scripted)
• Integrate Jenkins with tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain and optimize build infrastructure and environments
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams
• Implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards within pipeline processes
• Create and maintain documentation for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps procedures

Do you have experience in UNIX?, * Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins (pipelines, plugins, configuration)

• Proficiency in Groovy scripting for Jenkins pipeline development
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with Git and other version control systems
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or Ant
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience in automation scripting using Bash, Python, or similar languages
