AI Integration Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes AI, automation, and emerging technology.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on AI specialist who can work across all departments within the business to help integrate AI tools, improve workflows, increase productivity, and encourage confident adoption of AI throughout the company.

You will become the internal "go-to" person for AI, helping teams understand what's possible, implementing practical solutions, training staff, and continuously exploring the latest technologies that could benefit the business.

This role is highly collaborative and office-focused, requiring regular interaction with teams including:

• Marketing
• Design
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Purchasing
• Amazon & eCommerce
• Accounts
• Warehouse & Operations
• Product Development
• Quality Assurance, AI Integration & Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, communication, and productivity using AI tools and automation.
• Help integrate AI into existing business systems, software, and daily operations.
• Work with our data analyst virtually to create and implement processes efficiently.
• Research, test, and implement AI-powered platforms and solutions across departments.
• Create scalable AI processes, prompts, templates, and documentation for teams to use effectively.
• Work closely with management to identify long-term AI opportunities for business growth.

Staff Training & Adoption

• Train and support employees in using AI tools confidently and effectively.
• Help teams integrate AI into their daily roles and responsibilities.
• Run workshops, demonstrations, and one-to-one support sessions.
• Promote best practice, responsible AI usage, and ongoing learning throughout the business.

AI Tools & Creative Technologies

You will work with and evaluate tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Midjourney
• Canva AI
• Gemini
• AI automation tools
• Content generation tools
• Image and video AI platforms
• Workflow automation systems
• AI analytics/reporting tools

(Experience with all tools is not essential, but a strong passion for learning and experimenting is.)

Innovation & Product Development

• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, technologies, and opportunities.
• Identify potential AI-driven products, services, or business opportunities.
• Support new product development ideas using AI research, design, or automation.
• Help the company remain competitive and future-focused within a fast-moving industry.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand operational challenges.
• Recommend practical AI solutions tailored to different teams.
• Support implementation and monitor effectiveness of AI initiatives.
• Ensure AI solutions remain commercially useful, user-friendly, and measurable.

Do you have experience in SEO?, Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, approachable way.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with AI developments.
• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.
• Problem-solving mentality with a focus on practical implementation.
• Confident working across multiple departments and personality types.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment.

Desirable Experience

• Experience implementing AI within a business environment.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, Amazon, marketing, or operational systems.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or API integrations.
• Knowledge of content creation, SEO, digital marketing, or creative workflows.
• Experience training or mentoring teams.
• Interest in product innovation and emerging technologies.
