Senior Software Engineer

We're currently hiring Senior Software Engineers to join our growing technology team. We're looking for experienced, innovative, and solution-oriented professionals who are passionate about building scalable applications, leading technical initiatives, and driving high-quality software development.

What You'll Be Responsible ForSoftware Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and systems
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best engineering practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and solutions
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and technology selection discussions
• Optimise application performance, reliability, scalability, and security

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead technical projects and contribute to engineering strategy and decision-making
• Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing and development
• Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver project goals

DevOps & Continuous Improvement

• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes
• Participate in testing, debugging, monitoring, and production support activities
• Improve development workflows, tools, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to technical documentation, planning, and long-term product development
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Strong experience in software development and system design

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Go, or C++
• Experience with modern frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimisation
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies, and collaborative development workflows
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and lead projects in fast-paced environments

Preferred qualifications may include:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
• Knowledge of microservices, containerisation, and DevOps practices
• Experience building enterprise-level or high-traffic applications
• Familiarity with security, monitoring, and system reliability practices
