Job description
The IT Support Systems Analyst works as a member of a team that supports the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with Firm technology teams and other departments to maintain and configure workflow and service management solutions to improve the performance of technology and other services provided to the Firm.
The IT Support Systems Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform and the functions it performs for the Firm under the direction of the IT Support Systems Manager and in collaboration with senior team members and peers. The Analyst will participate in the software development cycle, complete other project work as assigned, and fulfill work tickets assigned to the team while proactively identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, information systems, or other related concentrations.
- Minimum of five years of work experience relating to the support of information technology systems and related processes while maintaining a current understanding of service management, development, and process optimization best practices as they continue to evolve across industries.
- Minimum of two years of work experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM or other similar ServiceNow applications.
