The role of IT Support Analyst, reporting to the IT Manager, will be responsible for supporting and maintaining TECNIQ's IT infrastructure and business systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical platforms across the organisation, supporting engineering, manufacturing, and office-based teams.

TECNIQ are a creative, technology-driven design, engineering, and manufacturing business.
We develop and produce vehicle body structures and interior trim for the ultra-exclusive, ultra-high-value automotive sector. We are partners on premium, low-volume programmes for luxury global automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray and many more on such vehicles as, amongst others, the Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina's Battista and Aston Martin's Valkyrie Pro.
We deliver all aspects of design, engineering, testing and manufacture from a single facility. This vertical integration represents considerable supply chain benefits to our customers and a broad working environment for our teams.
In addition, we deliver full vehicle development, including chassis and powertrain, to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing. We restore and rebuild high-end classic racing cars, prepare drivers, manage a programme of touring and racing, and provide full event support.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role holder will
- Provide first- and second-line IT support across the business
- Support and maintain networking infrastructure, including switches, access points, and firewalls
- Support business-critical systems including 3DEXPERIENCE PLM, CATIA V5, and Progress Plus MRP system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across engineering and office environments
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support specialised applications
- Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers where required
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions
- Contribute to IT improvement projects and system upgrades
Requirements
Do you have experience in MRP?, The role holder will…
- Possess a strong understanding of IT support fundamentals (hardware, software, networking)
- Have experience supporting network environments.
- Be familiar with engineering software environments, particularly CATIA V5 and PLM systems
- Have experience supporting MRP systems.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Be an effective and motivated team player, able to work both collaboratively and independently
- Possess a flexible approach and adapt to changing business needs
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a professional, proactive, and helpful attitude
- Be able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an IT support role
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications preferred
