Senior IT Project Manager

As a member of an agile development team, the Project Manager 3 will plan, track, and report on the progress of technology solutions of any size for Tulane University. The Project Manager 3 is reliable, is capable of collaborating with and organizing multiple teams, completes tasks on time, and shows a desire to learn. The Project Manager 3 guides the project delivery team(s) on using Agile/Scrum practices throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager 3 communicates proactively with all involved personnel, identifies problems, create solutions, and implements efficiency improvements. The Project Manager 3 facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, and provides support to the team by assisting with internal and external communication. The Project Manger 3 anticipates future project needs by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news. The Project Manager 3 leans on experience and skill to mentor others in project management and agile principles. They provide expertise as needed to support team efficiency and success. Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 6 years IT project management or IT scrum master experience OR
