Job description
- Support manufacturing, warehouse, and enterprise technology systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues
- Support ERP, MES, WMS, and plant-floor systems
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvements
- Support RF scanners, barcode printers, industrial PCs, and related equipment
- Partner with operations and IT teams to improve production efficiency
Requirements
Do you have experience in Manufacturing facility?, * 3+ years of IT experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and plant-floor technology
- Knowledge of ERP, MES, SCADA, or WMS systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and enterprise support tools preferred
