Job description
The Sales Development Lead is a critical contributor to Mytech's growth strategy, responsible for outbound lead generation, pipeline development, and team leadership. This role not only drives top-of-funnel activity but also mentors Sales Development Reps to build a high-performing sales development function., Team leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop SDR team members to improve outreach quality and productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews and call coaching sessions
- Develop scripts, messaging frameworks, and outreach strategy
- Ensure CRM hygiene and process compliance
Pipeline development
- Conduct outbound prospecting into target accounts as a contributing individual
- Book qualified meetings for assigned sales representatives across five branches
- Assist the SDR team with account targeting, prioritization, and data usage
- Support meeting generation for events and tradeshows, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
Account intelligence
- Contribute to the development of account scoring and targeting frameworks for both the SDR and outside sales teams
- Help gather and organize account-level data to improve targeting precision and outreach relevance
Performance management
- Track team meeting performance against monthly and quarterly goals
- Improve meeting quality through structured sales feedback loops
- Optimize prospecting processes and contribute to ongoing department development
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technology industry sales team management?, Experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role - sales development experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and outreach skills with an ability to coach others on messaging and objection handling
- Comfortable working with CRM tools - we use HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is also valued
- Analytical mindset with an ability to work with data to prioritize accounts and measure performance
- Organized and process-oriented, with attention to data quality and workflow consistency
- Experience in IT services, managed services, or B2B technology sales is a plus
