Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Data & AI Solution Architect to join our growing Data & AI Solutions team. In this presales role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the possibilities of modern AI platforms and data technologies, helping them envision solutions tailored to their unique business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to lead presales conversations on Data & AI solutions.
- Consult with clients to understand business objectives, use cases, and technical requirements.
- Present the "art of the possible" to inspire stakeholders and reimagine work with Data & AI.
- Capture clients' current state and objectives with Data & AI to clearly guide them down a focused path towards adoption aligned with Cerium's GTM strategy.
- Educate clients on Cerium's Microsoft Data & AI solution stack: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry; Microsoft Fabric and Power BI; Microsoft 365, Purview, and Azure
- Stay current on emerging Data & AI technologies and trends. You are an SME on what makes Data & AI transformation valuable and successful.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic selling and relationship building.
- Own account growth by convincing clients to choose Cerium as their technology services partner for successful Data & AI adoption and transformation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, technology partners, and vendors.
- Work with Solution Architects to design tailored solutions, proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for seamless delivery handoff.
- Manage activities in the CRM (Dynamics 365): update opportunities, track deal stages, and record key client interactions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Solution selling approach?, Required
- 7+ years consulting in professional or software services firms.
- Skilled at explaining complex technical ideas to non-technical clients.
- Experience with solution selling and consultative sales across various industries.
- Background in technology sales or presales engineering, especially with Data Platforms, Analytics, Automation, and AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft portfolio, partner programs, and related manufacturers
- Excellent communicator and presenter, able to clarify complex topics in a clear and concise way
- Ability to travel 15-25% and work in-office one day per week at one of Cerium's regional offices.
Preferred
- Microsoft 365, AI, Azure, Fabric, or Power BI certifications preferred
