Systems Administrator

Endurance IT Services is seeking a Systems Administrator or Junior Systems Engineer to support a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This is a hands-on, client-facing role working with small-to-mid-sized businesses (SMB), managing Microsoft 365 environments, and contributing to infrastructure and server-related projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with clients across multiple environments.

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for SMB clients (10-50 users)
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including migrations and implementations
• Support client infrastructure and data center-hosted environments
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide end users with clear solutions
• Assist with onboarding new client environments and service setups
• Contribute to server, infrastructure, and system improvement projects
• Ensure stability and reliability of client systems
• Manage and prioritize work across multiple clients and environments

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3+ years of experience in:

• Systems Administration
• Infrastructure Support
• Help Desk or Desktop Support
• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft 365
• Exchange Online
• Windows environments
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment (preferred)
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a client-facing role
