Scrum Master

• Lead and mentor multiple Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile best practices including user stories, story mapping, TDD, ATDD, continuous integration, and pairing
• Identify and remove impediments while managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
• Maintain visibility into risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
• Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics including throughput, predictability, and flow efficiency
• Utilize Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro to support team collaboration and transparency
• Partner with Agile leaders and stakeholders to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile coaching and learning initiatives
• Support continuous improvement through training sessions, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing activities

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support multiple cross-functional teams within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured Agile organizations, enjoys coaching teams toward continuous improvement, and has strong experience driving delivery across complex initiatives., * 4+ years of experience working on Agile teams, including at least 2+ years serving as a Scrum Master

• Strong experience with Scrum and SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Background working in enterprise-level or highly regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, delivery risks, and Agile metrics across multiple teams
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and team facilitation techniques
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead through influence while fostering accountability and collaboration
• Adaptable, coachable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations
• Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Experience mentoring Scrum Masters or Agile team members
