Job description
- Lead and mentor multiple Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile best practices including user stories, story mapping, TDD, ATDD, continuous integration, and pairing
- Identify and remove impediments while managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
- Maintain visibility into risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
- Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics including throughput, predictability, and flow efficiency
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro to support team collaboration and transparency
- Partner with Agile leaders and stakeholders to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile coaching and learning initiatives
- Support continuous improvement through training sessions, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing activities
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support multiple cross-functional teams within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured Agile organizations, enjoys coaching teams toward continuous improvement, and has strong experience driving delivery across complex initiatives., * 4+ years of experience working on Agile teams, including at least 2+ years serving as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience with Scrum and SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
- Background working in enterprise-level or highly regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, delivery risks, and Agile metrics across multiple teams
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and team facilitation techniques
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through influence while fostering accountability and collaboration
- Adaptable, coachable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations
- Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Experience mentoring Scrum Masters or Agile team members

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
