Director of Analytics and Technology

Aliya Healthcare is seeking a Director of Analytics and Technology to join its corporate team based in Skokie, Illinois.

This role is responsible for overseeing technology operations and data analytics across the organization's skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate understands the technology and reporting needs of the SNF environment and can manage systems that support clinical, operational, and financial performance., * Oversee IT operations and technology infrastructure across the organization

• Manage reporting and analytics related to facility operations and performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across departments
• Support system integrations and technology implementation within facilities
• Oversee IT support and coordinate technical needs for facility teams
• Manage ordering and setup of laptops, phones, and employee technology
• Work closely with leadership to improve data visibility and operational reporting

Do you have experience in Long term care experience?, * Prior technology or analytics experience within the Skilled Nursing Facility environment required

• Strong understanding of SNF systems, reporting, and operational workflows
• Experience managing IT support and technology infrastructure
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
