Job description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving new business pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.

This is a high-activity, fast-paced role focused on generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the sales team.

You will gain direct exposure to B2B sales, prospecting strategy, and pipeline generation while developing skills needed to progress into a closing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify and respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Schedule and conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Follow structured outreach sequences
  • Ensure meetings meet qualification criteria
  • Track tasks and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Performance Expectations
  • Monthly Targets:
  • 10 outbound meetings held
  • 4 qualified sales opportunities (SQLs)
  • 4-6 inbound meetings
  • Daily Activity Expectations:
  • 25-35 outbound calls
  • 15-20 emails
  • 5-10 LinkedIn touches

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * 0-2 years experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • High motivation and coachability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in B2B sales
  • HubSpot & Salesforce CRM familiarity is a plus
