Job description

  • Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Manage projects involving ERP implementation, IT infrastructure, application upgrades, systems enhancements, and related technology initiatives
  • Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and communication plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical resources
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage issues, and implement solutions
  • Support change management activities, including communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment
  • Provide clear project status updates, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Help establish structure, priorities, and project frameworks to keep teams focused and accountable
  • Lead project teams with clear direction, organization, and follow-through

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate will bring strong IT project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex projects from planning through delivery., * 10+ years of project management experience

  • Strong IT project management experience
  • PMP certification required
  • Experience leading technology projects involving applications, infrastructure, ERP, systems upgrades, or cloud migration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to a broad audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify risks, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving forward
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize work based on business impact
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
