AI Digital Transformation Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an AI / Digital Transformation Specialist to support large-scale EPC, industrial and construction project delivery.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Reno during the temporary period, with the ability to relocate full-time if the role converts into a permanent offer.

The successful candidate will help improve engineering, procurement and construction workflows through AI, automation, data tools and digital systems., * Identify opportunities to improve EPC workflows using AI, automation and digital tools

• Work with engineering, procurement, construction and project teams to understand current processes
• Support the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives
• Improve reporting, dashboards, data visibility and project controls processes
• Help automate repetitive manual tasks across project delivery functions
• Support integration between systems, data sources and project platforms
• Translate business and project requirements into practical digital solutions
• Train and support teams adopting new tools and processes
• Track benefits, adoption and improvement opportunities

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, data analytics or business systems

• Background working with EPC, construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial project teams
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows across engineering, procurement and construction
• Experience with data tools, dashboards, workflow automation or AI-enabled solutions
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn complex processes into clear solutions
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL, ERP systems, project controls tools or construction technology would be beneficial
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based project environment

Candidates may come from EPC, industrial construction, manufacturing, engineering, project controls, construction technology, business systems, data analytics, automation or digital transformation environments.

$65 - $95 an hour - Full-time, Contract, This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. The role will begin on a temporary basis with the intention of converting into a permanent position if it is a strong fit on both sides.
