Manager Information Technology

Responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives. This role coordinates projects and supports both strategic planning and day-to-day operations of IT systems.

Position works closely with other IT team members along with external vendors to provide high-quality products and high-level of customer service to the end-user community. Duties and technical issues may sometimes require extended work hours, including weekends and holidays. Requirements:

• Lead and manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and help desk support
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with industry standards
• Manage IT projects from planning through execution (system upgrades, new implementations, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support IT needs
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Develop and manage the IT budget, including cost control and forecasting
• Partner with leadership to align technology solutions with business goals
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience: Generally, 5+ years' experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Education: Bachelor's in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. .
• Technical Knowledge: managing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and business applications.
• Skills: proven project management and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills
