Job description
The primary function of the Senior Solutions Manager is to provide support to the Sales & Solutions department in achieving tactical objectives and strategic goals, while maintaining effective communication across the Sales Engineering group and ibml as a whole. This role is responsible for helping ibml identify and maximize revenue opportunities while serving as a key leader within the organization., Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities

Assess the needs of the Coretex program, including resource planning and capability requirements

Lead recruiting efforts, including identifying, attracting, and filling positions necessary to support Coretex and broader solution initiatives

Assist the ibml Sales department with event support, public relations engagements, and pre-sales technical activities, including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, customer site visits, and account communications

Support Customer Services in transitioning pre-sales technical requirements into implementation deliverables

Prepare and manage technical/demo activities, including job setup, document workflows, system configuration, and facility requirements

Maintain technical expertise in networks, communications, databases, and ibml products

Ensure overall customer satisfaction with ibml solutions

Participate in sales process meetings to provide technical input and maintain account insight

Collaborate with Engineering to provide technical feedback on product enhancements, fixes, and new development

Analyze customer operations to identify and recommend process improvements

Build and maintain technical relationships with customers, resellers, and suppliers while monitoring industry trends across key vertical markets

Develop and maintain sales tools, documentation, and technical resources

Stay current on industry trends and position ibml solutions as market leaders

Serve in a leadership capacity, mentoring and training Sales Engineers and other team members, This role blends technical expertise, strategic leadership, and operational responsibility, with a strong emphasis on workforce planning and program support for Coretex initiatives.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, * Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent)

5+ years of experience in document imaging and data capture software

Experience with intelligent document recognition, electronic content management, or related technologies is a plus

Minimum of 5 years of business and technical sales experience

Strong consultative or solution-based B2B selling experience

Background in programming, data capture software, or imaging platforms preferred

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong planning, presentation, and organizational skills
