IT Project Manager - Senior

• Develop detailed project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project, Visio, and project management software to ensure timely delivery aligned with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria; translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Coordinate project teams across IT infrastructure, software development, databases (SQL, Oracle), and cloud computing domains to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Oversee the creation of test cases and user acceptance testing plans; monitor testing phases including test-driven development (TDD) and disaster recovery procedures to validate system readiness.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and scope adjustments while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders through regular status updates.
• Implement release management strategies and oversee project implementation activities to ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Monitor project performance metrics; utilize tools like Jira and VersionOne for tracking progress; conduct analysis skills assessments to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices in program management; support audit processes related to SDLC and PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
• Lead efforts in disaster recovery planning, IT security protocols, and organizational change management initiatives to enhance operational resilience.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Proven experience managing complex IT projects within enterprise environments using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS; experience with cloud migration projects highly preferred.
• Expertise in project management tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, SharePoint; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes, PMBOK standards, requirements gathering techniques, and user acceptance testing procedures.
• Technical background in databases (SQL Server, Oracle), IT infrastructure components (networks, servers), and enterprise software systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams; strong organizational skills for project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities; ability to analyze complex data sets for decision-making purposes.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or SAFe Program Consultant are highly desirable.
