What You'll Do
IT Operations & End-User Support
You'll be the go-to expert ensuring our technology runs smoothly:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for staff across the organization
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues with urgency and professionalism
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
- Support branch systems, remote access, and telecommunications platforms
- Manage technology inventory, deployments, and lifecycle tracking
Systems Administration & Security
You'll help protect and strengthen our IT environment:
- Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems (user accounts, access, licensing)
- Manage Active Directory / Entra ID, including provisioning and access control
- Support security practices such as MFA, password policies, and endpoint protection
- Perform system updates, patching, and basic vulnerability remediation
- Assist with audits, access reviews, and compliance-related activities
Vendor Coordination & Issue Resolution
You'll ensure issues get resolved-fast:
- Serve as a technical liaison with key technology vendors
- Coordinate issue escalations and track resolution progress
- Communicate system updates, outages, and maintenance to staff
- Assist with testing and validation of system updates and enhancements
Operational Excellence
You'll help continuously improve how IT operates:
- Manage and track service tickets with a focus on responsiveness and quality
- Communicate clearly with users on issue status and resolution
- Participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline work, and increase efficiency
Collaboration & Growth
You'll grow while helping the organization improve:
- Document systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Partner with IT leadership and business units on improvements
- Stay current with evolving technologies and recommend practical enhancements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vulnerability Remediation?, * Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, hardware, and applications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (or Entra ID)
- Understanding of basic IT security practices and compliance awareness
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and follow through to resolution
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Someone who takes initiative, ownership, and pride in their work
