We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Frontend Developer to join our vibrant tech team! - Implement header and navigation component spikes.
- Validate MDWDS components for re-use across page types.
- Provide pattern feasibility review during Strategic Brief inputs.
- Provide UI recommendations feasibility input to UX Recommendations report.
- Build site theme and page templates using MDWDS.
- Perform manual page builds during content migration.
- Migrate front-end components from legacy to new templates.
- Apply accessibility fixes in templates for remediation.
- Implement front-end redirect handling logic.
- Resolve UI/UX defects during QA and verification.
- Document UI components for governance.
- Apply bug fixes and content edits during hyper-care.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WCAG?, * Minimum 4 years of frontend development experience.
- Drupal theming experience using Twig.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript skills.
- Experience with design systems (MDWDS, USWDS, or equivalent).
- Accessibility-aware development at WCAG 2.1 Level AA., * Acquia Certified Frontend Specialist.
- Experience with state or federal accessibility audits.
- Experience with large-scale content migration.
