Job description
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to intake, assess, and guide enterprise AI use cases through the JEDAI lifecycle. Facilitate discovery conversations to understand business objectives, technical feasibility, governance considerations, and operational impacts. Help define and continuously improve intake, governance, prioritization, and enablement workflows., * Partner on the growth of the JedAI Cantina Podcast and other AI enablement initiatives designed to increase organizational AI awareness and adoption
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to help create scripts, videos, promotional content, presentations, storytelling assets, and communications
- Assist with video editing, content packaging, presentation design, and multimedia storytelling initiatives supporting AI transformation efforts
- Explore innovative ways to leverage Generative AI tools to improve engagement, communication, and internal learning experiences
- Develop, implement, and manage standardized processes for the GenAI COE
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain process documentation including flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define new processes and ensure alignment with business goals
- Establish and manage a vibrant online community for AI practitioners using Slack or Teams
- Develop an engagement strategy to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Partner with Learning & Development to organize workshops, events, and training
- Promote the GenAI COE as a central hub for AI resources and expertise
- Create and manage tools such as SharePoint sites, dashboards, presentations, and Viva spaces
- Manage use case pipeline and COE mailbox
- Partner with procurement and infrastructure teams to track AI tool cost and billing
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of AI tools and resources
- Leverage AI technologies to create engagement materials
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and technologies
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wiki systems?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Operations, or Process Improvement
- Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across business, technical, and operational teams
- Experience designing and improving operational processes and governance models
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Airtable, Wiki, Confluence, and Jira
- Passion for AI transformation and emerging technologies
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI tools, LLMs, or AI copilots
- Experience supporting AI governance or enterprise AI adoption
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience creating podcasts, internal communications, or multimedia content
- Video editing experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Descript, CapCut, Canva, Riverside, Synthesia, Runway, Adobe Express
- Experience generating AI-assisted video, voice, or visual assets
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and automation tooling
- Experience facilitating workshops or training programs
- Experience building dashboards and reporting systems
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models
