Job description

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Hardware Assembly and QA Technician for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA.

We are seeking a detail oriented Hardware Assembly and QA Technician to support the preparation, configuration, and quality assurance of PCs and related accessories. This role involves hands on setup, system registration, basic connectivity, inspection, and packaging according to provided instructions and diagrams.

Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and grow into a lead or senior technician role.

Travel will be required from time to time to visit the 15 onsite locations they have all over US.

Office Presence: Office- 5 days/week in Agora Hills + travel required for 15 US branch locations (longevity of travel - from 2-3 days to 1 week). In case of emergency, should be available on the weekend. Need flexible, reliable and coachable person for this entry level role., * Unbox PCs and accessories and prepare them for setup

  • Arrange and set up equipment on work tables according to instructions
  • Label hardware and register devices in variance tracking dashboards
  • Connect PCs and accessories following provided diagrams and documentation
  • Perform quality assurance checks based on established procedures
  • Identify, document, and report variances or issues during setup and QA
  • Repackage and box completed systems safely and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wire crimpers?, * Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams precisely

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and accessories
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, hands on tasks
  • Ability to use dashboards or tracking systems for registration and logging
  • Ability to lift and move boxed equipment as needed

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in hardware assembly, staging, or QA
  • Familiarity with inventory or variance tracking systems
  • Experience working in a warehouse, lab, or production environment
