We are expanding in the US market and seeking high-performing, entrepreneurial Business Development Managers (BDMs) who are motivated by unlimited earning potential and recurring commissions., We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated commission-based Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate and close new business opportunities for our MSP/MSSP and IT professional services offerings.
This role is best suited for professionals with experience in:
- MSP sales

The ideal candidate has an existing business network and the ability to develop relationships with decision-makers including:

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate qualified business opportunities for MSP/MSSP services
- Identify SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct discovery meetings and identify IT pain points
- Present Technokraft service offerings
- Coordinate with technical architects for technical discussions
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop local partnerships and referral channels

Requirements
Do you have experience in Territory sales?, * 3+ years of B2B technology sales experience preferred
- MSP/MSSP sales experience highly preferred
- Strong local business network in Texas or California preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently

- Earn 15%-25% of First-Year Contract Value for successfully closed deals.

- Ongoing recurring commissions on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) contracts.

Example 1: Client signs a $5,000/month MSP agreement
Annual contract value: $60,000
Potential commission: $9,000-$15,000
