Senior Scrum Master(only W2)

• Lead end-to-end project management activities utilizing Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and other methodologies to ensure timely delivery of enterprise software solutions.
• Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria for projects involving databases, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Project management software to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Oversee the creation of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development processes to guarantee quality standards are met throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Manage release planning and deployment activities including release management, disaster recovery planning, and program management initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams using Jira, VersionOne, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project performance metrics related to time management, analysis skills, organizational skills, and IT governance to optimize workflows and deliverables.
