This role combines remote cloud administration with hands-on field engineering.
- Approximately 60% remote work from your home office
- Approximately 40% on-site client work throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties
You'll gain experience supporting:
- Microsoft 365 environments
- Microsoft Entra ID & Intune
- Windows 11 and Active Directory environments
- Endpoint security and MDR platforms
- Network infrastructure and TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Firewalls, Wi-Fi deployments, and business systems
- Small business MSP environments and multi-tenant support
Key ResponsibilitiesField Infrastructure
- Deploy and configure network hardware at client sites
- Configure small business routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Install and troubleshoot network printers using proper IP-based configuration methods
- Assist with workstation deployments and network troubleshooting
Cloud & Remote Support
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune environments
- Manage endpoint enrollment, security policies, and remote administration
- Provide remote support for Windows-based business environments
Security Monitoring
- Respond to alerts from MDR (Managed Detection & Response) security platforms
- Assist with endpoint isolation, remediation, and security best practices
Client Support & Communication
- Represent ASi professionally at customer locations
- Communicate technical issues clearly with business owners and staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow-through
Documentation
- Accurately document tickets, systems, assets, and troubleshooting steps
- Maintain organized technical documentation and client records
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, We are looking for a motivated IT professional or recent graduate who wants to build real engineering skills, not just reset passwords all day., * 1-2 years of hands-on IT experience preferred

Technical Skills
- Strong Windows OS fundamentals
- Basic understanding of:
- IP networking
- DNS
- DHCP
- Routing
- Wireless networking
- Interest in learning Microsoft Intune and cloud device management
Education & Mindset
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
- Able to manage responsibilities independently without constant supervision
Mobility Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Valid Florida Driver's License required
