Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support and empower our sales organization through data-driven insights. This role will partner closely with sales leadership to analyze performance, optimize pipeline health, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that enhance decision-making, improve sales effectiveness, and support strategic initiatives., * Develop, implement, and maintain sales KPIs and performance metrics aligned with revenue goals

Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards to track pipeline, conversion rates, and team performance

Analyze sales funnel data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across the customer lifecycle

Partner with sales leadership to provide insights on territory performance, quota attainment, and forecasting accuracy

Conduct customer and prospect analysis to identify key segments, buying behaviors, and growth opportunities

Support pipeline management by monitoring deal progression, velocity, and win/loss trends

Deliver actionable insights to improve lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems

Maintain and optimize CRM data quality (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting

Design and deliver dashboards and reporting tools that enable real-time visibility into sales performance

Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes

Identify and recommend process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness

Support implementation and optimization of sales tools, CRM systems, and future ERP integrations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Intelligence analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of experience in a sales analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis role

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot
-
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable sales strategies

Experience with forecasting methodologies and performance tracking

Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration is a plus

Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
