Data Analyst - On-Site | Frederick, MD

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in various departments to translate complex business requirements into business intelligence specifications, insights, and deliverables.
• Assist in scripting well-performing queries in SQL for use in downstream analytics.
• Assist a team of ETL Developers in conducting UAT on database objects in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for use in downstream analytics.
• Perform basic research on the root cause of data anomalies uncovered through the normal course of analysis and provide solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain a variety of new and existing data sources, dashboards, and presentations, adhering to best practices for data management, data visualization, and report performance.
• Resolve tickets about data and performance issues related to Business Intelligence deliverables.
• Participate in multiple enterprise-wide projects by providing data expertise to project leaders.
• Create clear and comprehensive internal documentation for data processes, methodologies, and systems, ensuring that technical information is accessible and understandable for all relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support and training to end users on business intelligence tools and reports, enhancing their ability to utilize data.

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4+ years of comparable industry experience.

• Advanced development skills with Tableau or Power BI required.
• Experience with M365 programs, with high proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) required.
• A strong understanding of programming concepts and principles.
• Ability to query in SSMS preferred.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.
• Ability to learn new Data, Reporting, and Analytics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An understanding of the Propane industry is a plus!
