Job description

Join a team building secure, scalable, cloud-native systems for high-impact customers. In this role, you'll deploy and maintain AWS-based web services, develop modern JavaScript/TypeScript applications, and design reliable APIs and microservices. You'll work hands-on with IaC, containerization, SQL databases, and Node.js frameworks while troubleshooting complex issues across the stack., Developing modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) * Using a strong understanding of web application security best practices and usability principles. * Developing modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue). * Node.js web frameworks (such as Express, Koa or Hapi) and API development. * HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. * CSS preprocessors (such as Sass). * Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices. * Working knowledge of SQL databases including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. * PostgreSQL and MySQL in production environments. * ORMs (such as Prisma, Sequelize, or similar). * Containerization technologies (such as Docker or Podman). * AWS cloud services and cloud-native development patterns. * Strong understanding of web application security best practices and usability principles., We use cookies to ensure the basic functionalities of the website and to enhance your online experience. Requirements

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with: * Deploying, operating and maintaining web services within the Customer's AWS cloud environment (and other cloud service providers). * Working with infrastructure as code (IaC) technologies including AWS Cloud Formation. * Using strong problem-solving skills for debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex web applications, Git version control and collaborative development workflows * Strong problem-solving skills including debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex web applications.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include: * ElasticSearch query language. * Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform or CloudFormation). * Contributions to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, or knowledge bases. * Monitoring and observability tools. * Geospatial libraries and visualization (leaflet.js). * Migrating or modernizing legacy applications. * Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred) and deployment automation. * Integrating with data lake/lakehouse architectures or data-intensive applications. * Integrating Sponsor's Enterprise services. * JEE applications and containers. * Using PKI. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Linux Operating Systems * Agile/Scrum development methodologies in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. * Working effectively in high-performing, cross-functional teams with multiple concurrent projects. * Working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into technical solutions with minimal oversight. * Self-directed work with a strong ownership mentality and commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation. * Context-switching between projects and systems as priorities demand.
