Job description
Join our energetic digital team as a Web UX Designer and play a key role in shaping the future of our global website. You'll design intuitive, engaging, and high-quality web experiences that balance user needs, brand consistency, and business impact. You'll work closely with marketing, developers, designers, and international stakeholders, delivering best-in-class UX and UI solutions across web and mobile platforms. What You'll Do:

Own and manage information architecture, including content hierarchy, prioritisation, and navigation.

Gather and evaluate user requirements using behavioural data, analytics, and research, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate functionality and intent.

Ensure all designs are consistent, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Maintain and continuously improve the design system, ensuring live implementations accurately reflect it.

Collaborate with performance marketing on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and user research.

Deliver user-friendly, visually engaging designs that contribute to measurable business objectives.

Write user stories and functional analyses to support development of new features and enhancements.

Work closely with developers to ensure feasible, high-quality UX implementation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireframing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, Psychology, Digital Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
- Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
- Insight into web analytics and user behaviour analysis.
