Job description

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure., The Design Administrator supports the delivery of clean and wastewater network and civil engineering projects, ensuring tasks are completed in line with corporate systems, industry standards, and legislative requirements. Responsibilities include meeting programme deadlines, liaising with internal teams, clients, and third parties to deliver cost-effective solutions, and producing accurate statutory notice drawings for easements and private land. The role ensures full compliance with quality assurance processes across all project stages, from feasibility through to completion. It promotes continuous improvement and new ways of working while supporting Design Leads and senior management in achieving project objectives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Good organisational skills

  • Experience of using MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate an initiative to work on their own and as part of a team
