Project Leadership: Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and sustainability.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into exceptional design solutions.

Existing Client Base: Leverage your existing client relationships to drive immediate business growth and enhance our portfolio.

Complex Planning Applications: Navigate and manage complex planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and successful approvals.

Strategic Vision: Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, identifying growth opportunities and innovative design trends.

Partnership Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to explore avenues for business growth, ultimately leading to partnership opportunities from day one., Partnership Opportunity: This role is not just about managing projects; it's about growing into a partner and director role, actively shaping the direction of our firm from day one.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.

Client Base: Proven track record of an established client base that can be integrated into our business.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing staff effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and a solid understanding of building codes and regulations.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for client presentations and stakeholder engagement.
