Senior Systems Analyst

• Analyse existing business systems, workflows, and processes
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers
• Support digital transformation and systems improvement projects
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation
• Produce functional specifications, process maps, and technical documentation
• Assist with system implementation, testing, and deployment activities
• Support system integrations and data management processes
• Ensure solutions align with organisational and operational requirements
• Provide expert systems analysis and troubleshooting support

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Previous experience working as a Senior Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst

• Strong experience within digital transformation and systems implementation projects
• Experience gathering business requirements and producing technical documentation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Knowledge of system integration, process improvement, and business analysis methodologies
• Experience working within public sector or local government environments is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, * Senior Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or similar: 2 years (required)
