What You Will Do
- Develop and execute Vandor's technology vision and long-term IT roadmap.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve productivity and customer experience.
- Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure technology operations across multiple locations.
- Establish IT governance, compliance, and data management standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead internal IT teams and external technology partners.
- Manage IT budgets, software contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and strengthen company-wide data protection.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, dependable, and obtains exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Proven success in leading enterprise technology initiatives
- strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud platforms and infrastructure, ERP systems and networking and data management.
- Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise strongly preferred.
- Background in digital transformation, process automation, vendor negotiations and budget management, and data analytics and reporting systems., * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. - Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods while working at a computer or desk.

- Must have the ability or observe details at close range, such as reviewing financial data, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs.
