Job description
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants. Your role involves validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Additional responsibilities:
- Lead the continuous refinement of the product backlog to align with evolving customer needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product objectives.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to anticipate challenges and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Support and mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in product management to elevate the quality and impact of deliverables.
This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Chesterbrook, PA but may consider qualified candidates in Tampa, Orlando or Nashville.
Location Requirement:
This role requires on-site presence at the local ATC office, 2-3 times per week.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Medical software?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Minimum 3 years of experience with Product Ownership with Agile Project Management and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems (Veeva Vault)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
