System Validation Engineer

The System Validation Engineer is responsible for performing electrical system, * System Testing

• Conduct functional and electrical validation of EV chargers (AC and DC).

• Perform insulation resistance, grounding, voltage/current load, and power quality testing.

• Validate hardware, firmware, and communication functions under various test conditions.

• Test Case Development & Reporting

• Develop detailed test plans and procedures based on engineering

specifications, OCPP 1.6/2.0.1, ISO 15118, and SAE J1772.

• Execute validation test cases, analyze results, and identify root

causes of any non-conformance.

• Prepare technical test reports and recommend corrective measures

to improve performance and reliability.

• Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and internal EHS standards.

• Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and related documentation.
