Job description
We're looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Content Creator to produce engaging video ads, UGC-style content, hooks, and direct-response creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for someone who understands consumer psychology, direct response marketing, and how to create content that stops the scroll and drives purchases.
The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content, filming videos, editing short-form ads, testing new creative concepts, and using performance data to improve future content.

Responsibilities
- Create high-converting video ads for Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop compelling hooks, scripts, storylines, and ad concepts.
- Produce UGC-style content, testimonial ads, educational ads, and problem-solution ads.
- Edit short-form video content optimized for Meta advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new creative testing angles.
- Review ad performance data and identify winning creative patterns.
- Create multiple variations of top-performing ads for testing and scaling.
- Source and organize content from customers, influencers, creators, and internal media libraries.
- Stay current on Meta advertising trends, direct-response marketing, and consumer psychology.
- Continuously generate fresh creative ideas and concepts based on market feedback and performance metrics., * Consistently producing new creative concepts every week.
- Creating ads that improve click-through rates, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Identifying and scaling winning creative themes.
- Using data to make better creative decisions rather than relying on guesswork.
- Contributing directly to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scriptwriting for video production?, * Experience creating video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad scripts.
- Experience creating UGC-style content and native-looking advertisements.
- Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Portfolio showcasing previous ad creatives and campaign results preferred.
Preferred Experience
- E-commerce or DTC brand experience.
- Health, wellness, supplements, or consumer product experience.
- Experience working with media buyers and performance marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and creative testing frameworks.
