Job description
Geauga County is seeking a motivated Service Desk Technician to join the Department of Advanced Technology and Applications (DATA). This position provides front-line IT support to county employees and partner government entities, including townships, villages, and cities, by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while ensuring timely and professional service.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, assisting users of all technical skill levels, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include responding to service desk tickets, configuring and deploying computers and peripherals, supporting Microsoft Windows environments, assisting with Active Directory account management, and troubleshooting connectivity issues such as VPN, wireless, and network access.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Possession of a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited college or university; one (1) or more years of related work experience and/or training; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
