Cloud Engineer

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender for Cloud across multiple Azure subscriptions to enhance security monitoring and threat protection.

• Develop and implement Azure Policy definitions and assignments to meet organizational and regulatory standards.

• Design a comprehensive Log Analytics workspace architecture and configure diagnostic settings for consistent data collection.

• Create and enforce Conditional Access policies within the Azure Active Directory environment.

• Set up and manage network security groups, flow logs, and network monitoring tools to safeguard cloud-based resources.

• Provide technical support for compliance controls to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare detailed security architecture documentation, including policy baselines and operational procedures, to guide ongoing team operations. Requirements * Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, including EC2 and Auto Scaling.

• Strong expertise in deploying and managing Microsoft Azure security tools and services.

• Knowledge of designing and implementing network security measures in cloud environments.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks applicable to cloud infrastructure.

• Ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
