Job description
We are seeking an IT Support Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in supporting end users and must have previous experience. You will provide technical support to a diverse group of internal customers, including frontline employees, high-level managers, and C-suite executives. Your role will ensure smooth operation of IT systems and equipment, with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service tailored to varying user needs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users at all organizational levels, including executives.
- Perform hardware imaging, deployments, and application updates.
- Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Exchange Online.
- Manage Active Directory objects, including users, groups, and computers.
- Provide tailored IT support to remote users, ensuring accessibility and productivity.
- Document processes and contribute to user education, particularly for non-technical users.
- Manage and resolve IT Tickets via EasyVista and Jira Service Mangement ticketing systems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with help desk tools and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to work effectively across different user groups.
- A customer-focused and team-oriented approach, with experience supporting high-level managers and executives.
- Availability to work in office 5 days per week.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to InTune, Azure, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Travel
- Up to 5%.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift IT equipment as needed.
