Job description

What will you be doing?The primary duty of this position is providing technical assistance to employees by answering questions and resolving computer problems including the use of computer hardware and software, training, printing, email, phone systems and operating systems.

  • Maintaining computer systems and installing updates.
  • Assisting employees with issues regarding software, forgotten passwords and access, viruses, email, printers and security.
  • Installing computer equipment such as desktop units, laptops, and printers.
  • Setting up new hire user access and assisting with onboarding.
  • Acting in the role of POC for vendors and equipment maintenance contracts.
  • Monitoring related inventory to ensure availability.
  • Implementing associated staff training programs.
  • Maintaining the telephone system, cell phones, and audio/visual equipment for both divisions and working with external vendors to resolve issues.
  • Training under members of the IT department in order to act in the role of back-up for specific programs and projects.
  • Remaining current with industry trends through continuous improvement and training.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information encountered day to day on employee's electronic devices to include, but not limited to computer, mobile device, printer, copier, etc. Confidential and sensitive information is to be treated with respect and care.
  • Attending social/recreational events as required to supervise and assist disabled individuals.
  • Perform all other duties as required and directed by the Director of Information System, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Compliance Officer, and/or the President.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Computer operation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Associate degree in computer science, information technology or related field from a two-year college or technical school

  • One year of practical experience.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Clearances Required: Drug screen, Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and FBI Fingerprints.
  • Must have valid Driver's License & valid Auto Insurance
  • This position will require copies of High School Diploma, College Degree and transcripts
