Job description
Support transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow and regulator audit preparation (NERC CIP requirements) and support various IT Service Management functions such as CMDB, HAM, SAM, Change, Incident, Request, Knowledge, and Problem
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree ServiceNow (new system) Cherwell (legacy system) Tripwire CMDB and experience with IT Service Management processes Scripting (BASH, PowerShell, Python) Ability to use AI for automation specifically within ServiceNow and Copilot
Pay: $70.00 - $78.00 per hour
Experience:
- ServiceNow: 3 years (Preferred)
- Cherwell: 3 years (Preferred)
- Tripwire: 3 years (Preferred)
- IT Service Management processes such as HAM and SAM: 3 years (Preferred)
