Job description
We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to join the IT Integration Office (ITIO). This role reports to the Manager of ITIO and plays a key part in ensuring governance, quality assurance, and operational excellence across the IT organization.
The ITIO supports enterprise-wide financial, administrative, and governance processes, including process mapping, metrics, reconciliations, contract and software management, audits, and compliance. The Integration Analyst will operate with strategic foresight, strong analytical rigor, and a collaborative mindset to help optimize IT value, reduce risk, and drive data-driven decision-making., * Lead assigned ITIO initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial, contractual, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Translate leadership's strategic direction into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Facilitate process definition, process mapping, and data set identification
- Design and implement standardized, repeatable processes within a matrixed environment
- Identify cross-department dependencies and correlations to support holistic governance and reporting
- Support and enhance IT "homeroom" processes to improve data standardization and decision support
- Drive compliance, cost-optimization, and reconciliation efforts
- Support audits, benchmarks, and complex financial or operational reviews
- Manage IT suppliers and contracts, including review, negotiation, utilization tracking, and software licensing compliance
- Participate in special projects, cost reduction initiatives, and enterprise-wide IT coordination efforts
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
OR
- Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
OR
- PhD with 0+ years of relevant experience, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT Management, IT Procurement, Contract Management, or IT Governance
- Master's degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience managing IT contracts, vendor negotiations, and compliance tracking
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, ISO, CMMC, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and reporting/analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both executive leadership and technical SMEs, * Strong analytical, contractual, and technical skill set
- Ability to develop innovative solutions in ambiguous and complex environments
- Proven problem solver with executive presence
- Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization
- Collaborative team player in a matrixed organization
- Ensures solutions align with organizational goals and enterprise strategy
