Network Administrator

• Provides support for all college network switches, router, firewalls, wireless access points, and load balancers
• Assist Senior Network Analyst with mentoring team members and ensuring that operations are performed on a timely basis
• Collaborate with the college Information Security Team and Senior Network Analyst on security related initiatives and applications. provide leadership and direction on security related initiatives and remediations. Guide the network team during security incidents and provide information to the response team.
• Provide accurate network documentation and collaborate on the establishment and maintenance of network configuration backup and disaster recovery procedures

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelors degree

• Two (2) years of related experience, * Thoroughness in assessing security controls and identifying vulnerabilities
• Proficient in analyzing data, identifying patterns, making informed decisions and thinking 'outside the box'.
• Effective at developing compensating controls for the mitigation of risks that have no remediation
• Comfortable using various security tools, operating systems, encryption technologies and scripting languages (e.g. Linux, PowerShell).
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strategic relations with colleagues, coworkers, constituents, and volunteers.
• Ability to think critically and creatively, have a high standard of integrity, and be motivated to incorporate best practices into the organizational structure.
