Benton Lane is a rapidly growing family of eCommerce home and decor brands-including Painted Paper, Lemon Park, Aspen&Arlo, and Anthem Classic. We're a small, fast-moving team building at the intersection of design, technology, AI, and physical production.

From custom Shopify experiences to internal automation systems, we use technology to move faster, create better customer experiences, and scale beautifully designed products across multiple brands.

What You'll Do

• Build, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts across multiple brands
• Develop new site features, landing pages, and customer experiences using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Shopify APIs
• Improve site speed, UX, conversion rate, and overall storefront performance
• Build integrations and automations between Shopify and internal systems
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to launch new products and campaigns quickly
• Help explore and implement AI tools and automation workflows across the business
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve reliability, and continuously optimize the customer experience

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Have built, modified and owned Shopify themes for scaled brands

• Comfortable with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend development
• Familiarity with APIs, app integrations, and automation tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset
• Someone who enjoys moving quickly, testing ideas, and wearing multiple hats
• Personal projects, freelance work, internships, or side projects are all valuable-we'd love to see what you've built
• Using modern AI tooling to drive theme changes in production
• Deep familiarity with A/B testing and statistical significance

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Gorgias, ShipStation, or other eCommerce tools
• Experience improving conversion rates or storefront performance
• Exposure to AI tools, workflows, or agent-based automation
