Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee will perform functions to include a variety of responsibilities with regard to electronic medical record (ELMER) management and data analytics for Pathways' clinical and administrative departments. The employee will work independently and assumes regular leadership roles in projects related to said analytics and administration of ELMER. Employee must be able to identify new opportunities for data usage, prioritize code problems and data related issues and provide concise data reports and clear data visualization for management. Employee must be able to apply the principles of systems analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and end user support.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Database Management Systems; or related information technology degree. Minimum of five years' experience with database management software and report development, modification, and distribution generally found in a health care environment. Must possess and demonstrate an aptitude with relational Data Base Management Systems (DBMS), data importing and extracting from disparate information systems. Experience with SQL reporting or Visual Studio .Net. Requires exceptional communication skills and knowledge of how to combine and manipulate data residing in multiple locations and their relationships., * Bachelor's (Required)

Located on the shores of two Great Lakes, Pathways Community Mental Health serves Alger, Delta, Luce and Marquette Counties of Michigan. Pathways provides specialized mental health services to adults who have a serious mental illness (SMI), adults and children who have an intellectual/ developmental disability (I/DD) and children and adolescents who have a serious emotional disturbance (SED).

Pathways offers recovery orientated outpatient and community based mental health services which include; psychiatry, therapy (individual, group, family), case management, community living supports, skill building and supported employment, assertive community treatment, wraparound, home based services and 24/7 crisis support services. Pathways also provides specialty services, which include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and applied behavior analysis. In addition, we have ABA clinics located in Marquette and Escanaba.
