- Design and own technical architecture for key systems, ensuring solutions are stable, secure, and built to scale
- Lead architectural reviews, establish standards, and serve as the final technical word on major design decisions
- Work directly with business teams to deeply understand their needs, then translate those needs into clear technical paths forward
- Serve as an equal partner in boardroom conversations and technical deep-dives, adjusting your communication style to the audience
- Champion the intelligent use of AI across our technology stack; evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks, identify where they create real leverage, and guide the team on responsible, high-impact adoption
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure architectural intent is carried through to implementation
- Provide hands-on guidance on performance optimization, system design, and best practices without being a bottleneck
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, tools, and architectural patterns and bring informed recommendations to leadership on where to invest, what to adopt, and what to avoid
- Operate independently, make sound decisions without constant direction, and exercise strong judgment on when to escalate
- Comply with all company regulations, policies, procedures, and safety rules
Requirements
Do you have experience in System security?, We're looking for a Jr. Technical Architect to serve as a strategic partner to our Development leader, bridging the business and engineering worlds. In this role, you will take full ownership of architectural decisions end-to-end, freeing senior leadership to operate at a higher altitude while you drive clarity, structure, and forward momentum on the ground. This position requires 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale architectures, a genuine enthusiasm for AI, and the ability to operate independently with strong judgment., Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field/equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technical architectures
- Strong track record of partnering with business stakeholders to shape technical strategy and guide architectural decisions
- Background in software development with working knowledge of performance, security, and scalability principles
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI; you follow the space closely and have hands-on experience applying it
- Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions without needing constant direction
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Products
