Job description

Summary: Seeking experienced Microsoft 365 professionals to support enterprise-level operations, modernization, and enhancement initiatives within a secure cloud environment. The role involves administration, development, security, compliance, collaboration tools, and operational support across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange, Intune, Power Platform, and related technologies in a hybrid environment., * Supporting day-to-day O&M of Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises, ensuring availability, performance, and reliable mail flow.

  • Managing hybrid email environments, including Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises servers used for routing and mailbox storage, and coordinates integration with Active Directory and Entra.
  • Performing troubleshooting, incident response, and service restoration for email disruptions and outages.
  • Monitoring system health, audit logs, and alerts to identify issues affecting security or delivery operations.
  • Implementing updates, patches, configuration changes, and security controls required for Exchange service integrity and compliance.
  • Supporting backup, recovery, and continuity planning for email services across cloud and on-premises platforms.
  • Architect hybrid mail flow and support integration between Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises environments.
  • Configure and engineer mail security hardening controls across enterprise email environments.
  • Administer and automate email lifecycle management, including retention and litigation hold processes.
  • Audit and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and permissions for Exchange environments.
  • Monitor tenant email health and support email disaster recovery planning and testing activities.
  • Manage application upgrades, patching, and maintenance for Exchange environments.
  • Work with third-party vendors to integrate and ensure compatibility with third-party email hygiene (spam filtering), routing, encryption, and external email features.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System performance monitoring?, * Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises.

  • Experience managing hybrid email environments.
  • Experience supporting troubleshooting, incident response, and service restoration for email disruptions and outages.
  • Experience monitoring system health, audit logs, and alerts.
  • Experience implementing updates, patches, configuration changes, and security controls.
  • Experience supporting backup, recovery, and continuity planning for email services.
  • Experience administering Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises environments.
  • Experience working with third-party email hygiene, routing, encryption, and external email features.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience supporting hybrid email environments.
