Our Product Management team helps us do just that. This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our Systems Engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in and helping to implement technical solutions based on our clients' feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission., We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Principal Product Manager to lead our Vertical AI strategy, re-imagining core business workflows in Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance from the ground up. In this role, you will move beyond generic AI additions to build high-value, domain-specific solutions that directly impact the company's bottom line. You will combine classical product management rigor with AI-native speed, rapidly building functional prototypes to prove concepts and using rigorous frameworks to focus on high-impact use cases that pass feasibility checks for stakes, accuracy, and economics., + Own, build, and maintain a prioritized 12-month product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term strategic bets, translating stakeholder requests into concrete, actionable epics.

Serve as the primary liaison between technical engineering and non-technical business leaders, translating complex AI concepts into business risk and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and change management plans, creating launch materials and training guides to ensure successful user adoption of new AI tools.

Rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes using AI-native tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor, no-code builders) to validate process fit and user experience before committing full engineering resources.

Utilize prompt engineering in playground environments to test the feasibility of AI solutions, ensuring only viable concepts are added to the engineering roadmap.

Define and own the Product Requirements Document (PRD), establishing rigorous, non-negotiable standards for production such as 'Error Budgets' and 'Golden Sets'.

Create, curate, and version-control the 'Golden Set'-a definitive dataset of inputs and ideal outputs-to scientifically grade and validate AI model performance.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management.

Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.

Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing high-quality user stories.

Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) capabilities and constraints, including context windows, latency, hallucination rates, and when to apply RAG vs. fine-tuning.

Proven experience conducting 'Voice of Customer' interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments such as Legal, Finance, or Sales.

A 'Maker' attitude with a portfolio of projects or artifacts built to demonstrate ideas.

Track record of shipping complex enterprise software products from concept to launch (0-to-1).

Experience defining a North Star metric and instrumenting products to track key business outcomes like adoption, retention, and ROI.

Experience managing and curating 'Golden Datasets' for AI/ML model evaluation and acceptance testing.
Benefits & conditions
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
