Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, · Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting laptop, desktop, thin clients, printer, telephony hardware issues
· troubleshoot basic software technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Beyond trust, ServiceNow, etc.)
